What is the Kaizen Men’s Weekend?
Kaizen (改善) is a Japanese philosophy and practice that means "continuous improvement."
Kaizen is built on the idea that small, incremental changes made consistently over time lead to significant improvements.
The Kaizen Men's Weekend is a 3-day walkabout to discover, learn, and teach yourself and the men with you the truth about who you are, who they are, and who you are together.
And having as much fun as you can while doing it.
The weekend is not about fixing you or changing who you are.
It’s about stripping away what isn’t real so you can get clear about the man you are and can rise to your higher purpose.
